These terms govern Myohadan Analytics provided by LazyDeveloper. Contact: admin@lazydeveloper.kr.
1. Service and availability
Myohadan Analytics is a creator growth planner for macOS and Windows. It uses authorized YouTube/TikTok data, user-entered references, goals and production plans. It is currently in development/testing. Account integration depends on platform approvals and authentication server availability. Paid billing and automatic video publishing are not offered.
2. Eligibility and permitted use
Users must be at least 14 and meet platform requirements. Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to manage. Review OAuth permissions before approving; do not provide platform passwords to this service. Do not misuse accounts or API keys, bypass authentication, scrape without authorization, attack services or infringe others’ rights. You are responsible for rights to your input and published content.
3. Estimates and external services
Forecast dates, growth scores and recommendations are estimates or AI outputs, not guarantees of growth, revenue or views. Review evidence before publishing. Official, manual, demo and estimated data are distinguished. Optional AI uses your chosen provider, model and API key and transmits goals and supporting evidence. That provider’s policies apply. Connected MCP agents can query or change data through exposed tools; connect only trusted agents.
4. Rights
Original content and submitted material remain with their respective owners. The operator processes them only as needed to provide the service. Software and design rights remain with their rights holders, subject to any separately published license. Rights in AI outputs depend on applicable law and provider terms.
5. Interruptions and termination
Platform changes, maintenance and failures may interrupt features. Illegal or harmful use may be restricted with notice where feasible. You may disconnect and revoke authorization in platform settings. Disconnecting does not automatically erase historical local records.
6. Liability, disputes and updates
Liability follows applicable law; these terms do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Disputes are discussed under Korean law and handled by the court with jurisdiction under applicable law. Changes and effective dates are posted here; material adverse changes receive advance notice and any required consent. Contact admin@lazydeveloper.kr.
